Discontinuation of Reward Card Scheme

Please note: The loyalty card scheme has now been discontinued.

We’d like to thank everyone who took part in the loyalty reward card scheme. However, things have moved on since we first launched it several years ago. As interest in the older-style loyalty card has declined significantly, it’s become clear that the costs and overheads involved in administering it would be better focused elsewhere (including on newer-style offers and social media).

Existing vouchers that you have been sent through the post may still be spent up until 31 December 2017. Thank you for taking part in the scheme, and we look forward to seeing you continue as a customer!

Terms and Conditions

The Scheme

1. The Disc Depot Reward Card is issued by and remains the property of Disc Depot Limited which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b) decline to issue Reward Cards; and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Reward Cards or points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Disc Depot Reward Cards scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a Reward Card or points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii)any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.
2. All participants in the Disc Depot Reward Card scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
3. The Reward Card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person who it is issued to or a me
mber of the same household.
4. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Disc Depot. 5. Your Reward Card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
6. Disc Depot Reward Card Points and Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded. They may only be pooled by members with the same postal address.
7. The Disc Depot Reward Card is for repairs and for in-store purchases only. It cannot be used for online purchases made through the diskdepot.co.uk website.

Points

7. To collect points for a transaction in-store, your Reward Card must be presented at the checkout.
8. Certain products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Disc Depot.
9. You must also spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. Then two points will be awarded for every £1 that is spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Disc Depot. Disc Depot shall be entitled to set a limit on the number of points which may be awarded to each Reward Card account in respect of special promotional items on which additional points are awarded. Disc Depot shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower points value Disc Depot shall be entitled to cancel the balance of points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.
10. The current redemption value of points is one point equals one penny. Disc Depot reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.

Vouchers

12. Rewards, in the form of Disc Depot Reward Vouchers, will be mailed with a Statement to the customers who have accumulated a combined total of at least 100 points by the end of each collecting period. Collecting periods may vary.
13. The level of reward given by Disc Depot will be based on the number of points that a member has collected on Disc Depot products by the end of the last day of a collecting period. Points a member has collected on Disc Depot products that fall between the level of reward and the next level will be ‘carried over’ as the starting balance(s)for the next collecting period.
14. Members who do not reach the minimum number of points needed to qualify for a reward by the end of the collecting period will have their points total ‘carried over’ to the next collecting period.
15. Vouchers may be used for up to six months from the date of issue.
16. Disc Depot Reward Card Voucher’s terms and conditions may be found on the back of the Vouchers.

* Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your business
* We will not share your details to any third party but may share your details with any businesses that process Reward Card information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings).
